Experienced Building Automation and Systems Integration Project Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Building Automation, Energy Management and Systems Integration Project Engineer to join our team.

Specialising in delivering Building Automation, Energy Management, Systems Integration and HVAC Upgrade solutions for our clients, we have built a reputation of innovation, quality and efficiency leading to an expansion of our market and creating opportunities to join our project team.

If you take pride in your work, have a minimum of 3 years BAS/DDC Project Engineering experience and are looking to apply your industry experience in delivering innovative Automation and Integrated Control and Data solutions, we would like to hear from you.

The Position:

Working with our projects team, you will be responsible in delivering turn-key Building Automation Solutions, Data collection and Analysis, Energy Management Applications and resource recovery projects for our clients. Our projects comprise existing asset upgrades as well as some new build work.

Your responsibilities include:

• Product Selection, System Network Design and Architecture
• Preparation of Functional Description and Project Documentation
• Value Engineering Reviews
• Project Handover and Sign-off

You will also be involved in the development of innovative Energy Efficient Applications and processes.

Experience:

You will have a minimum of 3 Years’ industry experience in BMCS/DDC System project delivery with a proven track record and have an excellent understanding of HVAC Systems, Energy Management principles and Building Engineering Services.

You must be experienced with text based program languages.

Niagara TCP Certification is essential.  Engineers without at least three years’ experience need not apply. Experience and knowledge of Project Management and Delivery is also required.

We envisage you will:

• Possess 5 years’ industry experience with a minimum of 3 years in a project engineering role
• Be Niagara TCP Certified with at least 3 years’ experience
• Have strong applications software knowledge
• Be a "hands-on" type of person who can work in a team based environment and be a Team Player
• Have excellent presentation, organisation, management and communication skills
• Hold a current Drivers Licence
